Want to best defence that money can buy? That’s right, you better call Saul! Want people to believe any nonsense that comes out of your mouth? Let’s be honest, Saul could sort that out too, because we both know he’s the man, but there’s another solution that’ll save you a whole lot of money. Believe in what your saying yourself. In the real world, people will make their minds up about you as soon as you open your mouth. Mumbles? No self confidence. Can’t get to the point? Doesn’t believe in what they’re saying Argument is all over the place? Doesn’t know what they’re talking about. But this isn’t you, is it? You’re better than that. Because you know EXACTLY what you’re talking about, am I right? This isn’t how the person with the single best, no, the perfect solution to your customers problem acts, is it? You are here to come out of the darkness, save the day, and you are absolutely certain that that is EXACTLY what you’re going to do! And we’re not talking about the cool, calm, quiet, profound type of certainty either. No, no no, we’re talking a certainty that is so genuine, so unwavering, that your customers will look at each other and think “is this true?”. But it is. Because you say it is. But there is a line that must never be crossed, and that line can be a little blurry. But the line says “everyone loves confidence, but no one loves a dick head.” Words to live by. Confidence so unwavering it’s borderline arrogance. So does your customer want the best solution to whatever problem they have? Then they had better call you. - Mr Predictable.
